Immediately i decided i didn't want to make an abstract image based just off circles or squares or anything like that. I was a little unsure of what to do though. Elle asked me what I liked, and i decided that I wanted to make something character based.

I also liked the idea of an image within an image (inspired a little by the mirror facing a mirror phenomenon or things like Russian dolls)

But inspired more by the little guy below, who lives in an image on my wall. I'm not sure where this image originally came from or who made it, but i referenced it in a project last year, and it's been on a mood board on my wall since then. But you get the idea of a character within a character, which is the idea i decided to go with for this project.
